What do have for pudding. Weekdays and weekends

Pretty much anything. I understand that in doing so, that it puts a small dent in my short term progress. But in the long term it helps me to stick to the diet.

You just have to be able to put up with the daily fluctuations in scale weight.

I try to limit my exposure to extremely calorie dense puddings like cheesecake, but if my wife makes one, I’ll eat some.

Typically though, it’s ice cream; apple pie; bread pudding; trifle; rice pudding… or some kind of sponge or pastry with cream or custard.

Last night I had a chocolate bar. 🙂
